Geographic Limitation: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

1. Shipping Costs & Methods

We believe in simplicity. We offer a flat-rate shipping fee for all orders, regardless of size or weight.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched (typically within 1-2 business days), you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the USPS or UPS websites.

4. Sales Tax

We do not charge sales tax on orders (0% Tax Rate).

5. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Combined Tactical Solutions LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information states that your package was “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members.
  • Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) immediately to file a claim.

While we assist where possible, we are not liable for packages verified as delivered by the carrier.
