Returns & Refunds Policy
Combined Tactical Solutions LLC stands behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier to request a return. If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items or Clearance items.
- Custom-made or personalized orders.
3. Return Reasons & Shipping Fees

4. The Return Process
- Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your Order # and reason for return.
- Authorization: If approved, we will send you instructions (and a shipping label if applicable).
- Shipment: Pack the item securely and ship it to our returns address:

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal).
- Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
6. Exchanges
Defective Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will exchange it for the same item at no cost to you.
Size/Model Change: If you wish to exchange for a different size or model, please return the original item for a refund (customer pays shipping) and place a new order for the desired item.
